Bachelor of Science in Music Education (College of Education)
Overview:
The School of Music offers students the opportunity to obtain professional training for a career in music.

The Bachelor of Music offers a variety of tracks for students; instrumental, keyboard or vocal performance, music theory, composition or music history. This degree programs the maximum concentration on music.

The Bachelor of Arts in Music offers a broader liberal arts education with an emphasis in music.

Ceritification for K-12 music education is offered through the College of Education. Interested student should contact the College of Education for more information.

Academic Information

Admission Requirements:
Any student may declare a major in Music. Students must complete College Algebra and English 1000 with a C- or above and have a 2.0 cumulative GPA to complete a graduation plan with the College of Arts & Science.
Minimum GPA for Admission: 2.0
