Criminal Justice at Texas State University! 

This department is dedicated to the study of the critical issues involved in maintaining social order in a dynamic and complex society. The functional processes of the institutions of law enforcement, rehabilitation, corrections, and the judicial system are studied in the classroom and off campus through an optional internship program. Departmental Requirements

These are basic courses, designed to give students a foundation of general knowledge pertaining to the criminal justice field. It is strongly recommended that criminal justice majors complete all core classes prior to enrolling in any upper-level courses (3000-4000).
